1. ACCEPTANCE

You represent and warrant that the information you provide to AdultWebcams is accurate and current. You have the legal right and authority to enter into this Agreement. You also agree to the terms of AdultWebcams’s privacy policy and acknowledge that your information may be processed according to technical requirements and network protocols.
10. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
You agree that your use of the AdultWebcams website is at your sole risk. AdultWebcams disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the accuracy of the site’s content, potential personal injury, unauthorized access, and other liabilities arising from using the website.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13. ASSIGNMENT
The terms of this Agreement and any rights or licenses granted may not be transferred by you, but AdultWebcams may assign them without restriction. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, it will not affect the enforceability of the rest of the Agreement.
